Question: Why does a patient with Addison's disease get back, abdominal or leg pain with or prior to a crisis? Could this pain ever radiate to the groin? Could it cause tingling in the extremities?

When there is bleeding in both the adrenal glands the pain can radiate to the back and flank area.
