What Causes Raised Lesion On Penis Head?

No need to worry, take treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached pictures.
The good thing is that still does not appear to be related to any std.
The lesion appears to be either eczematous or naevoid.
Now both of these problems are quite common over the genital areas and at the same time you need not worry too much about it.
A direct examination of the lesion with a magnifying hand lens would probably help in reaching an exact diagnosis.
I would suggest that you should apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the lesion twice a day for four to five days. We do expect an eczema lesion to settle down with this treatment.
However if the lesion still tends to persist or increase, then I would advise you to see a local dermatologist for a direct examination.
However, in my viewpoint the lesion should settle down with treatment.

I was worried about it being something like HPV or Molluscum Contagiosum, so it doesn't look like it would be any of those?
Do you think this is related or caused by the unprotected oral sex?
Does not look like viral infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Going by the appearance, it does not look anything like a viral infection.
That is why I have advised you to apply cortisone cream over it.
Right now I do not think there is any need to be worried about any sexually transmitted disease since it does not look like one.
You can use the medicine for five to seven days. If you see a good response, then you can continue its application . However, if per chance there is no improvement, then you should surely see a nearby specialist since a direct magnifying examination might be necessary.
