Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
These bruises needs to be visually inspected at least once to make a diagnosis.Without this examination, it will be slightly difficult for me to go for any further comments.
So,it would be helpful for me if you can take the clinical picture of the site and upload it as there is a feature to send images on the right side of query page.
Awaiting your response.

Brief Answer:
This bruise looks like a small haematoma from the picture.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.
This bruise looks like a small haematoma from the picture which can occur due to break in the small blood vessels-capillaries.
Do you had a history of any blunt injury over hip region?
However, you should take anti-inflammatory (ibuprofen) with serratiopeptidase and antihistamines (cetrizine 10 mg) available over the counter with hot fomentation or warm compression.
Complete rest to the affected area.
The bruise or haematoma would start subsiding within 2 to 3 days with this medications.
In case if this medications do not help then I will advice you to undergo complete blood count and coagulation tests (PT, aPTT) and seek advice from some local physician.
Thanks and Regards,
