Brief Answer:
dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
You experienced a rash after smoking cannabis and these lesions are not resolving. I am not sure exactly what they are but they could be a result of allergy to some component in the cannabis. I would recommend you first try an allergy medicine like allegra or claritin.
If you could take a picture of the lesions that would also help me diagnose the lesions better. You can upload these pictures to our secure website.

Hi
I will try allegra and claritin and see what happens I've had the ones on my shoulders for 8 years or more and my face has been flaring up in the last couple of years, its a very big problem for me because I suffer bad depression from this and can't describe how it makes me feel and can't enjoy everyday life I'm unsure these will go away at some point. I was thinking that surgery is the only way, thats if there can be surgery.
Is this a rare case and have there been any successful outcomes. I will try and upload some photos might take a while as I haven't got a phone of that technology yet.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Laser therapy for scarring
Detailed Answer:
If your face is getting scarring from your lesions then you may consider having a laser skin procedure to reduce the scarring.
If your skin lesions are acne related then you may benefit from accutane. This is a very powerful medication for acne and needs close supervision by a dermatologist but will greatly reduce your acne.
I hope I answered your question. Please contact HCM again with your health care concerns and questions
