What Causes Rash On The Face?

Question: hi, just wondering what this little rash on ny face could be.
its not blistered, doesn't itch or burn, doesn't bleed or leak fluid and has been there for about 4 days. i break out with pimples and blackhead quite abit and work in a very sweaty humid environment.

The uploaded picture is not that clear, but based on it I feel there might be acne that you might have scratched it. But it would be better if you can upload a picture of better quality.

Presently I would suggest you to wash the area with cool water and use dermadew soap. Apply calamine lotion with alovera. Avoid touching it. And kindly upload a better quality picture, I'll look into it and provide you with specific advice

i took another photo hopefully this one is better.
you can see a red spot from a blackhead that i picked but i am more interested in the rash/marks next to it.

In this pictures I feel the redness has reduced. Based on this pictures, I feel you don't need any further treatment apart from that mentioned above. You can consider applying neosporin ointment, if it does not heal in another 3 days.
