Looks like contact dermatitis or an eczema

Hi.. I have just seen the images. This looks like contact dermatitis or an eczema. Contact dermatitis is more of a possibility if you have used any new company diaper or a new clothing material which she not been exposed to till now.
As of now you can you moisturizing lotion in the area for 1 week and if it still spreading or has severe itching or has fever I suggest you contact her pediatrician.
I feel this will get better by moisturizing lotion in a week or so.
