What Causes Rectal Bleeding After Miscarriage?

Question: I had a miscarriage about 4 weeks ago and now have rectal bleeding which is very bright red and only when I pass a stool. Is this apart of the miscarriage?

Bright red color rectal bleeding is mostly due to piles or haemorrhoid.
This is not a part of misscarriage directly but yes if it is due to coagulopathy.Piles can occur during pregnancy.
