1. Is stool habits or consistency changed?
2. Is bleeding during stool passage?
3. Any loss of weight?
4. Any jaundice or alcohol history or liver problems?
On limited history, at present I can cut as follows:
Rectal bleeding, of superficial cause like hemorrhoids would have been painful. So, it could be internal cause.
However, as there is no pain, proctoscopy and colonoscopy is necessary for evaluation to rule out cancerous growths. Meet your doctor at the earliest.
