Question: I am Mrs XXXXX. Have been your patient in March 2012 till Dec 2012(Reference: Dr XXXXXXX Tandon, Ex-Radiologist at Columbia Asia at that time in Gurgaon).(Columbia Asia, MRN: PVRG 0000 & DWRK - 0000).
Was on medication: Mirtaz for the above period and Lonazep for 1st month.

In end of March 2014, i suffered from dust allergy, consulted doctor and took the medication for the same. the problem persisted for more than a month.

Had sleepless nights due to coughing. So in this period(last 10 days), the allergy seemed to have been cured, but I believe the problem of disturbed sleep, low mood and frequent bowls have started. Have taken Mirtaz 7.5 mg for last 1 week, which has normalized my sleep and bowl frequency.

Present symptoms: Throat irritation, slight breathlessness, sometimes feverish, NO crying spells & NO sinking feeling.

Before you recommend me the medicine, i would prefer to detail my earlier case history on telephone, if you are unable to track it from the above mentioned MRNs.

For your kind information, I called you today in the morning when you recommended me to come through this site.

Brief Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX Continue Mirtaz.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mrs XXXXXXX
Thanks for your query.

I guided you to see website, so that you can check areas, where I sit in Gurgaon, during telephonic conversation.

I remember your case after seeing above details. Now you are having recurrence of symptoms in mild form after dust allergy.

As you are having benefit from Mirtaz 7.5mg then continue it in similar doses and meet me personally within a month, as we are not allowed to advise any medicine on online platform.

Wish you good health.
