Brief Answer:
Yes, you should meet your doctor.

Detailed Answer:
Hello! I have been through your question.

Based on the above mentioned data and diseases history I think that you need to be admitted to hospital in order to do a detailed physical examination by an Infectious diseases specialist and to follow a protocol related a prolonged fever that include full blood test with formula, blood culture, monitoring the fever, glicemia, creatinemia, azotemia, AST,ALT, reactive C proteine, fibrinogen, LDH, ALP, rheumatoid factor, abdominal ultrasound and CT scan body, some tests related infectious diseases (TB, HIV,brucelosis etc but I need more epidemiological data to define better), ECG and heart ultrasound( to exclude endocarditis), as well to consult with a rheumatologist ( to see for a rheumatism pathology) and to start as soon as possible a prompt treatment .

Furthermore I need more information about your prior diseases history and if you have traveling recently abroad.

I hope my answer helps you.
I wish you a quick recovery.Feel free to ask me further.
Regards.
