What Causes Recurring Chest Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Left Arm?
Question: I have been having reoccurring chest pain and tingling in my left arm but already had exercise stress test, echo and nuclear stress test and all negative. This has been going on for 6 months. I also have frequent light headedness/ cloudy and in the past week weak legs. I have had cat scan and been tested for Lyme but to date no diagnosis but symptoms are persistent and weakness in legs getting worse.
Brief Answer:
Can be cervical sponsylosis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
Thanks for choosing this forum to post your query.
It could be cervical spondylosis.
It explains everything from dizziness, lightheadedness, to numbness of limbs.Nuclear test is more then 98% sensitive to cardiac ischemia. So your pain is definitely not cardiac.
The only symptoms that can't be explained is weekness in legs.
I would suggest you to check vitamin B12 levels in blood,As extreme fatigue,Weekness etc could be caused by it.
Test suggested,
MRI cervical spine to rule out spondylosis.
Vitamin B12 levels.
Follow up with test results.
wish you a safe recovery.
Thanks.
