Based on the description you provided, I suspect you to have allergic rhinitis. The morning episodes are due to increased density of the pollen dust at that time. The pollen dust is a common allergen which elicits such allergic reaction.
Take antiallergic medications like Benadryl whenever the symptoms are more. If Benadryl do not work then you may have to take specific medications like Montelukast.
