Possibly osteoarthritis
Detailed Answer:
hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
the symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a possible osteoarthritis. I think it would be better to get a x ray of both knees.
It would confirm your diagnosis.
In that case you will need physiotherapy, and few medicines. There are few medicine useful in arthritis. I can share the complete treatment after we have a confirmed diagnosis. And therefore X-ray is important. Your orthopedician / GP will know about it.
I hope that the information contained in this message will help you.
best of luck. Dr Mittal
