What Causes Recurring Pulsating Sound In The Ears?

Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
You seem to be suffering from tinnitus which means sound or noise heard by patient which is not caused by any sound in environment.
Since it resembles heartbeat,it is called as pulsatile tinnitus.
Causes are generally vascular, tumour related or muscular.
It can be either aneurysm or vascular tumour or aberrant located carotid artery or hardening of arteries etc. it can be even caused by anaemia,B 12 deficiency or even hyperthyroidism also.
You must consult a ENT specialist and get yourself thoroughly examined and investigated by getting blood tests, hearing tests,MRI or MRA etc
Treatment would depend upon the cause found.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
