I've had pulsatile tinnitus in my left ear for years. All MRI/MRA's come back normal. I've also had a positive ANA. And tingling on the left side of my face. The ENT says the tingling is not related to the pulsatile tinnitus but I think it is. I've been seeing the neurologist, ENT and Rheumatologist. Oh, and the new symptom is palpitations. The cardiologist also says the symptoms are not related. Where do I go from here? I just want to find a doctor to help me.
Hi pulsatile tinnitus is due to blood vessel pathology and tingling in face is due nerve pathology. So both are not related mostly. Moreover.. Do a mri angio gram to rule the cause for tinnitus ... Do Facial physiotherapy and take oral steroids with physician opinion or neurologist opinion . get well soon. wish you a speedy recovery. thank you.
