Brief Answer:
Viral infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your husband has upper respiratory tract infection. Most probably by virus. It gets down on its own. Virus can affect throat, eyes and skin.
Let your husband stay home and have good amount of fluids. Rest, good nutrition and adequate hydration are key for next five days. He does not require antibiotics.
He can take CROCIN 650 mg twice a day dose. warm salt water gargles four times a day. Apply calamine lotion on the rashes.
If it does not get better or increase the symptoms in next 48 hours you should see a local doctor.
