What Causes Red Itchy Patches On The Upper And Lower Lids?

Seems to be eyelid eczema
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at Health Care Magic
According to your complaints you seem to have developed eyelid eczema.
It can occur due to an allergic reaction to nail paint, eyeliner, mascara or any other cosmetic used on the eyelids, due to allergy to any eye-drops or spectacle material, due to endogenous causes because of internal sensitivity of the individual or to any medicines.
You need to rule out theses causes of eyelid eczema.
Meanwhile If I were your treating doctor, I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7-10 days and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
This should help in resolving the rash.
