Brief Answer:
Answer few questions
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcare magic
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
According to me their are few possibilities: either insect bite hypersensitivity reaction or eczema.
I would like to ask you few questions:
What is the duration of the red spots?
Is their any history of pain or burning on the spots?
Have you used anything new on the body or worn any new clothes?
Are you atopic?
Are you taking any medicines?
Do you have any other ailment?
Have you been to any area with lots of vegetation?
Kindly revert back with the answers.

Today noon i spotted !! I wore a pant after a loonng tym !! Itss ithcy n swollen at back of knee !! Sorry didnt get the term atopic !!i am not any medicines !! Near 5 to 6 spots !!
Brief Answer:
Either reaction to bug bite or allergic reaction to pants
Detailed Answer:
According to your history it seems to be either reaction to some bug bite or allergic reaction to the pants you have worn.
In such cases I recommend my patients to apply corticosteroid creams like Cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily for 5-7 days along with antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine 4 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
This should help in resolving the spots .
Wish you speedy recovery.

Worried abt the condition on my forehead !! Acne n black dots on it !!
Brief Answer:
Apply benzoyl peroxide gel and kojic acid cream
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs.
You are having comedones along with some dark spots on the forehead.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to use a Salicylic Acid facewash twice daily and apply Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5 percent gel on pimples twice daily for atleast 8 -10 weeks.
For black spots I would have recommended you to apply cream containing kojic acid on the black spots twice daily for again 8-10 weeks.
Besides this avoid applying oily creams and moisturisers on the face, keep it dry, avoid oiling of scalp, use cosmetics labelled as noncomedogenic and reduce the intake of sugary foods.
I hope this information helps you.
