You said you have red spot on prepucial part of the penis. You provided photo. Looking at photo,it does not seem to be syphilis.

For coming to some conclusion, I would like to ask few questions....

- from how many days you have such lesion?
- is it painful?
- it it itchy?
- do you feel burning in lesion?
- please describe the lesion..tough,soft,round shape, erosed, oozing..etc
- any other parts invoved?
- history of exposure? Married? Extramerital relation?
- past history of similar or other skin disease or systemic disease?
- history of any medicine?
- any blood tests done?

Please answer above queries...then after I may be able to guide you for managing your problem.

Thanks for reply...

You have no burning on the lesion,so I do not think of herpes progenitalis at present. And I am sure, it is not syphilis as previously I said. As you said initially you had cut on the prepuce ..may be traumatic...followed by red spot. It means that red spot may be the healing of the lesion you had. So, I think you do not require any treatment.

So, relax and be free of worries.
