What Causes Red Welt Under Armpit?

Question: I had one red welt and one long welt appear on my back by my armpit. One red welt is big and on my back by my armpit and the other is not as big and by my armpit. They appeared after I played soccer one night. As far as I know they weren't there prior to the game. I was treated by 2 different doctors this past month for what they thought were big bites. Those itched and had centers where it looked like a bug bit. These don't look like that. These look more like huge mosquito bites or horse fly bites but they don't itch. I wouldn't even know they were there unless I could see them. They don't itch yet at least. Any thoughts?

It is looking like contact dermatitis.
If you see carefully both the welts are on apposing sides.
I treat such cases with a topical steroid cream like fluticasone and anti histamine tablet.
I have seen excellent response with these.

I started doing that last night and they both seem to be getting better. What could be the cause. I've had some small red bumps on my neck too, twice this month. They go away in about 3-4 days though with basic antibiotic cream. I've used the detergent I'm using now in the past but not all the time. I'm using the same brand of deodorant but a different scent. I'm using cortizne cream and I was gonna wait a few days before seeing a doctor. Hoping they will go away. Like I said, seem to be getting better already
