What Causes Reddish Brown Discharge Before Menstrual Cycle?

Question: Hi I have PCOS and thyroid. Last month I had my periods on the 11th and this month I my periods is still due. I had a reddish brown discharge on the 5th for about 2 days and it was very scanty. I went for a home pregnancy test and it came negative. Again yesterday I had that reddish brown discharge for abt an hour. Could this mean I am having implantation bleeding and am pregnant? What could be the possible reason for such kind of discharge? Also how can I terminate my pregnancy (only if am pregnant ) without any surgical methods. Please suggest!

In my opinion the irregular spotting might be due to thyroid and PCOD.
It might be your period.
The implantation bleeding will not have this character.
Usually it is associated with signs of pregnancy like nausea ,vomitings,sore breast,increased urination,tiredness etc.
I strongly suggest you to do urine pregnancy test and informe me the result.
