What Causes Redness And Inflammation On The Forehead?
Question: I am also concerned with the redness to the left of the opening in two of the pictures. Will the redness/inflammation on the head ever get better or go away?

Brief Answer:
Lichen Simplex et Atrophicus
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you
I have reviewed the Images.
I think the rough skin/ toad skin at the base of penis is likely part of the same process i.e LSeA and therefore I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid cream for this area as well e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% cream Or fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream, 2x daily.
Redness of glans in LSeA is due to inflammation and thinning of skin due to atrophy. Redness would reduce with treatment and with time.
