Itchy head of penis indicates infection likely fungal like jock itch, yeast etc. if your foreksin is uncut that could be a possible cause of this itch. Just get some antifungal cream over the counter and some low dose hydrocortisone 1% cream , apply over the itchy area keep good hygiene, keep area hair and sweat freex wear loose undergarments, avoid masturbation and keep the foreskin retracted. abstain from coitus till the itch resolves.
