I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I have a few questions for you and your husband in order to reach the source of the issue here, please take time and answer each and every one of them as they are all important, thank you.
1. Does you husband have and prior history of chronic conditions?

3. Slurring of speech?
4. Did he go to get intoxicated (drunk)?
5. Is he on any medications? If yes, please list them out to me.
6. Any history of cardiac events in his medical history or in his family?
7. What would he say his stress levels are off late on a scale of 0 to 5 (0 being absolutely nil, and 5 being over stressed)?

I look forward to hearing from you in order to help him further.

Would prefer it if causes like a stroke would be ruled out ma'am
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.
Taking into consideration the information provided, I would recommend a visit to the ER to get his blood pressure monitored, and also a CT or MRI scan of his brain. I would be more comfortable if more serious causes like a stroke would be ruled out.
Please do not be alarmed, and do not share the details of our conversation with him if you think it would stress him out further, but I only speak in his best interest.
I hope and pray all goes well. Please do not hesitate to write to me anytime, and for anything. I am always here to help.
Best wishes.
