What Causes Redness And Swelling In Hand Near BCG Mark In An Infant?

My newborn is 1.5 month old. I see some reddishness and slight swelling on heeled hand where bcg was given. I am attaching a pic of the same. Please see if it's okay or do we need to visit the paed.

Thanks doctor. There is no pain in it though. Also in centre of reddishness area there is a small yellow/white boil time formation. Is it normal too? Thanks.
