Question: My right cheek is warm to the touch and red and slightly swollen. Just below my right earlobe is tender to the touch

Possible parotitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi there, welcome to HCM .

This may indicate parotitis which is inflammation of parotid glands that happens when one of its ducts is obstructed. You definetely need antibiotic treatment and ENT consultation for physical evaluation .

Till then , apply cold compresses, take Tab IBUPROFEN 400mg twice daily after food . Also try Warm Saline gargles three - four times a day.
