Brief Answer: Possibility of Erysipelis Detailed Answer: Hi Welcome to Healthacare-Magic Greetings of the day Possibility of Eysipalis or discoid lupus erythematosis is to be considered. Diagnosis of any skin condition requires good history and clinical examination. I would like some more information 1. Since how long is the lesion present? 2. Is it associated with itching or discharge 3. Is any other area of body involved 4. Are you presently on any medication? 5. Do you suffer from seborrhoeic dermatitis of scalp It would also be helpful if you could provide me with clinical photograph Take Care Best Regards Dr T Shobha Deepak MBBS,MD
