Brief Answer:
Avoid steroid
Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
loteperadol is a steroid and we should avoid exposing infants to steroid if possible. We have plenty of non steroid anti allergy drops available like Oloptidine which can be continued without risk of side effects.
Children keep getting allergies till their immune system gets strong. So these anti allergy medication is not curative and only palliative. So such treatment has to be safe.
Discuss this with your doctor and let us have a safe treatment for the child.
Regards.
