What Causes Redness Of Face And Increased Body Heat And Hand Tremors?

It is normal bodily response...
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for asking on healthcaremagic. Whenever your body faces a stressful situation, it releases certain substances like bradykinin which slows down the circulation as well as causes certain blood vessels to dilate and therefore causes facial redness during such situations.
The excess of such substances as adrenaline increase activities within the body and hence causes the tremors and the excess muscular contraction produces heat which causes the body to get heated up. Please do not worry as it is normal and nothing abnormal is therefore expected in a CTScan.
It is just the interpersonal variation of the amount of these substances that are causing such things to happen.
KF ring is an unrelated finding that is present in a condition called Wilson's disease which occurs due to an abnormality of copper metabolism or its deficiency.

Is there a way to reduce/eliminate the problem of Tremors in my Hands noticeable through fingers stretched or while pouring out water/coffee from bottle/kettle.
Or you can recommend me any diagnosis/tests that i need to do. My Blood Pressure remains a bit high most of the times but manageable. I have tried BP medicine- Inderal 5 mg for a month but that did not reduce the tremor either.
I do suffer from gastritis sometimes causing severe headache, but that is also not often -Just wanted to update you if that could be the cause which i assume 'No' .
Please advise me some better way to reduce it as this becomes embarassing sometimes when it gets noticed by my mates/others.
Thanks XXXXXXX

Get your thyroid profile checked
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking back. Let me address the issues one by one.
1. The cause of the tremors need to be evaluated. At this age, Parkinsonism is quite unlikely. Rather, you need to rule out thyroid disorders. So, you need to get your thyroid profile checked and visit a doctor with the reports. Based on the report, the doctor may also like to check certain adrenal hormones. The treatment would depend on the cause.
2. The BP needs to be kept in control. Remain in regular follow up of your doctor. Take medicines regularly. Limit your salt intake.
3. Gastritis does not cause headache. They are independent events. If you feel that you sometimes develop hyperacidity, you need to keep take small but frequent meals and avoid keeping the stomach empty for a long time. If you have headache, you may take naproxen 500 mg one tablet as per requirement.
Rather than considering the embarrassment, you need to realize that this health problem needs to be controlled anyway.
