Question: The sides of my neck and front chest are red and feel like sun burnt , tender to touch , pain and chills in my body

Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected area twice daily.
Use a medicated sunscreen with spf more than 26 over the exposed areas like face,neck and upper back before going out in the sun.
