Decreased pulses in feet may be sign of reduced blood flow in legs due to atherosclerosis. You should also do CT angiography to see the exact degree of atherosclerosis. Inmost cases itcan be treated by medications and sometimes surgery is required if there is complete blockage. shortened PR interval may be sign of heart arrihmias so you should do heart ultrasound more to see what medicines are required. in every case both these are not life threatening conditions.
