Question: Have 17 yr old with abdominal pain on right side, burping a lot, throwing up yellow bile, low grade 99.3-99.9 temp.

If possible upload me all the reports and ultrasound?
Is she is having burning urine or increased frequency of urine?
What about her last menstrual period if she is menstruating?
In my opinion you should give pantoprazole with antacids and Hyoscyamine
You can also give her anti emetic like ondansatron or domperidone for vomiting
All these drugs are available over the counter so you can start with these drugs for symptomatic relief.
If possible keep her nil orally
