What Causes Right-sided Dull Pain Below Rib-cage, Nausea And Stomach Rumbles?
Explained in detail
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
An ultrasound abdomen should be done to look for any acute changes in the cysts and to also visualize the pleura and diaphragm on the right side for normal movements in comparison to the left side. Ultrasound abdomen every 6 Months can be done to monitor for progression of the Cysts. Majority of Liver cysts usually do not require treatment if they are small and asymptomatic. In case of the chest pain, an EKG should be done to rule out a cardiac cause. The numbness in face and tinnitus is unlikely to related to the liver cysts and can be due to a neurological or primary ear pathology. The nausea and pain is likely be caused by GERD/ Dyspepsia. Empiric treatment with Antispasmodics like hyoscine butylbromide, Esomeprazole , metoclopramide and sucralfate should be advised to see for improvement, in consultation with your doctor.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
