What Causes Right-sided Itchy Rashes On Waist And On Scrotum?
Question: I have an itchy rash that often appears on my right side waist. right rear top of buttocks. under arm, mostly right side and at times on inner thigh. Also have constant itch in scrotum (years now). Sometimes on a couple fingers, mostly right hand. Been checked for herpes.....said no. comes and goes except for scrotum. That usually remains

I have attached two photos
One is my waist area showing the rash the other is my scrotum; nothing to really view there other than it is very red and the skin is thick in areas where it is itchy.
I put apple cider vinigar on it at times as I heard this sometimes helps

As per details, the most likely possibility for your symptoms is Eczema as I mentioned earlier also.
in such cases, I prefer to advise topical steroid like hydrocortisone to apply on the affected area for 7-10days.
Also I always advise my such patients to put liberal amount of moisturiser over whole body.
You may take antihistaminics like levocetrizine for symptomatic relief.
Visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription accordingly.
