Brief Answer:
Vasculitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi there
Thanks for the query
Do you have hypertension or Diabetes?
Any history of vasculitis?
Since your CT scan and ultrasound are normal you don't need to worry.
There are other causes of micro haematuria like systemic hypertension and vasculitis.
Do get tests for Serum CRP level, Blood urea, Serum creatinine, Urine 24 hour protein, XXXXXXX levels, ESR.
This will help narrow down the diagnosis to vasculitis if it exists.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Don't worry just yet. Let's take this situation step by step.
Gross haematuria can signify tumour in the bladder though there are other causes like bladder infection.
Do get the cystoscopy to confirm the finding and get treated accordingly. Just try to remain calm and composed and keep yourself well hydrated.
