I am 30 year old i got pain on my right wrist,elbow on my right arm and pain above right knee after mastrubation. The pain is been for a week. need help.

Nerve damage is very rare at this age as most of the nerves in both hand and leg are situated deep under the muscles and not subjected to damage unless there is penetrating injury.
In your case the problem occurred due to rough masturbation which is likely to affect muscles but not to nerves. In addition nerve damage will impair functioning (moving hand, Walking) rather than causing pain
So it can be said that there is chance of muscle injury but nil chance of injury to nerves.
The only way to prevent these injuries is to be gentle with yourself. I understand that sex/masturbation is quite exciting/stimulating but there must be no reason for rough handling.
