Brief Answer:
Ent consultation and interventions

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Hi, If I were your treating Doctor for this case of ear pain with ringing (tinnitus) in ear, I would come up with the following possibilities:

1. Ringing ( tinnitus) in ears with pain could be due to eustachian tube blockage (tube connecting ear and nose) secondary to sinusitis or allergy.

2. Fluid accumulation behind intact ear due to deviated septum causing sinusitis.

3. sudden hearing loss - due to measles or mumps virus.

4. infection of ear drum.

I suggest you to to consult ent surgeon and get detailed ent examination, otoscopy, audiometry tests to rule out eustachian tube block and fluid accumulation, ct scan para nasal sinuses to know extent of sinusitis.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
