Brief Answer:
It would improve with medications.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and X-ray findings.

The symptoms are suggestive of mild pinching of nerves in the neck, which serve sensations to arms/hands/legs.

Medications such as pregabalin or gabapentin capsules would help reduce the symptoms.

Blood reports show low levels of vitamin B12 and vitamin D. This can be treated with supplements such as methycobal tablets for low vitamin B12 and Clairol sachets for low vitamin D levels.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,

Brief Answer:
Details are below.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back.

In my patients, I usually give pregabalin capsules at a dose of 75 mg once daily at night for 10 days, and increase to twice daily after that. This may be needed for 6-12 weeks depending on the improvement. You can take the medicine under your doctor's guidance.

Methycobal is taken at a dose of 500 mug once daily for 12 weeks.

Calcirol sachets are taken at a dose of 60 k once a week for 12 weeks.

Physiotherapy can be guided by a trained physiotherapist after he sees your X-rays and examines you clinically.

Neck collar may be worn while travelling.

Best wishes,
