What Causes Runny Nose, Body Pain And Rashes On Chest And Forehead?
Question: 5 days ago I started to feel like I maybe comming down with a cold ,yet I never had any congestion just a slight runny nose. I ach all over like the flu and a normal temp. Once at 99.4 . I have a rash on my forehead ,chest shoulders ad back . I feel ok in the morning, but by 10:00 am I start to go down hill and want to nap in the afternoon .I do not have much appetite .I had a sore throat for a few days . Somtimes I will feel feverish but I am not. Any clue what I may have?

Add antihistamine like cetirizine to your recipe.

Yes the rash is still here, I think I had Chicken Pox many many years ago, could it be measles, and how would I know if indeed it is chicken pox. It is now evening and I feel slightly feverish >99.1 with a mild headache .

If you are sure about all ready having chicken pox, then it may be measles.
It also has symptoms like you have.
They both can be identified only by the size and character of rashes.
In measles , the rashes look like bruise more, are not as big as in chicken pox.
Any way continue with ibuprofen and cetirizine, with local application of calamine.
Drink plenty of fluids.
See a doctor if fever goes high>101.
