Brief Answer:
Drink fluids at longer gaps in day time.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i must assure you that sacroiliac joint pain doesn't affect bladder.
It's not the cause for your urinary frequency and urge.
The minimum fluid intake for an adult in one day, should be 8-10 glasses.
Drink fluids at longer intervals, during working hours,to relieve your symptoms.
Spinal lesion can cause bladder problem, not sacroiliac joint pain.
Myrbetriq 50mg will help in reducing the urgency, if you've no urinary infection.
Urine should be tested with routine and culture tests,to rule out urinary infection.
Once your Urologist has ruled out any urological cause, then continue the medication.
Wish you good health.

What is spinal lesion? I dont have any infection and thay did cytoscopy and some ultradynamic test where they fill my bladder with water and look at the muscles. From his answer i understod that the only other reason he can think of is that my sacroiliac pain is iritating my bladder. It started at the same time with back pain. I dont know now should i follow up with urologist or with spine doktor.

Brief Answer:
spinal nerve lesion can affect bladder muscle.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
An Urologist refers to a spine doctor, only after doing an urodynamic study and cystoscopy. If both are normal, obviously there's a cause outside the bladder.
A spinal lesion is easily seen on both the MRI scan of spine, as well as urodynamic study can also suggest it.
The bladder muscle is controlled by a spinal lesion, which causes contractions.
Hope your doubts are cleared and follow the advice of drinking fluids as directed.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
