Question: I noticed that my testicles are drooping. It is uncomfortable sometimes. What causes this?

Few things that can cause this are dilated veins, scrotal fluid collection, epididymal cyst, tumor, hernia and temperature changes in body(when body temperatures go up even slightly like in hot weather, testis will drop down as sperm production needs lower temperature).
An ultrasound can confirm if there is anything abnormal in the testis or the dropping is just normal due to temperature fluctuations.
So get an ultrasound done.
