Question: Yes. Yesterday afternoon suddenly I noticed a light flash in my right eye when I turned my head to back out fo the driveway. And from then on every time I turn my right eye to the right I see a flash of light shaped like a C. I am 64 yrs old and have never noticed floaters or even told by my doctor that I have floaters.

Brief Answer:
Flashes

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
These are flashes of light occurring due to certain degeneration developing at the periphery of retina.
For the time being till you are able to get your retina examined, avoid excessive strain and sudden jerky movement.
Get your retina examined in detail and if degeneration is detected, then it is to be managed.
Any further query in this regard please do get back to me
