I have read your query and understand your concern.
Passing of semen like sticky thing while passing stools is a very normal thing.
This is in fact prostatic fluid which is secreted by prostate glands.
These gland are situated just above your rectum.
What happens is that when you strain during passing stools,these prostate glands get massaged and stimulated by the walls of your rectum,resulting in leakage of fluid.
It is perfectly normal and goes away once you start passing stools with ease and without straining.
Drink plenty of water,do regular exercises and eat green vegetables and fruits to avoid constipation and avoid straining at stools.
Wrinkled and dry scrotal skin is again a normal thing unless and until accompanied by itching or redness.
You can apply some moisturiser over it and dryness would go.
