What Causes Sensitive Right Testicle Along With Small Mass On Scrotum?
Question: I was performing a self examination of my testicles and scrotum and noticed a small mass in my scrotum above my right testicle (but /not/ connected to it). My right testicle has been feeling strange, a bit sensitive to the touch even (but only sometimes), and it seems "looser" than my left one, sometimes it will orient itself differently than the other. I also noticed that, when I ejaculate, I often have pain in my right, inner thigh, right between the scrotum and thigh. I was once diagnosed with a small hydrocele on the right testicle. A comprehensive STD panel, a CBC, a CMP, and a urinalysis were all unremarkable. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed a small lump in scrotum above the Rt testicle .
This could be mostly a Spermatocele ( Epididymal Cyst). However it can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified Urologist and on Ultrasound scanning of the scrotum.
This is benign cyst and does not require any treatment .
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask me I shall be happy to help you .
