only had urgency to pass stool when cramps got severe.Started at four am today.Foul smelling.after three four trips it stopped.Approx six hrs later went and that's when blood and mucus was.Have not had to go since,cramping is mild.tired.no fever or vomiting.Other than pepto taken loperamide two mg.Meds since four am 2-dramamine 25 mg,Xanax one half 0.25 mg recently been placed on this med.Metoprolo 25 mg another new med,Ranitidine 300 mg,81 mg asp.Water saltines all day.Recently had heart test all ok,Diagonose with panic attacks,and enlarged gallbladder with lots of sludge.Said panic attacks and symptons probably caused by gallbladder.But never had this cramping and bloody stool.Very concerned.Drs not very helpful here.

I were to suspect bacterial gastroenteritis.I were to do stool examination/analysis.
Advice Oral Rehydration Solution to avoid dehydration.You may have 2-3 litres per day and increase intake depending on the quantity of stool output.
Drink plenty of clear fluids.
I were to start on antibiotic therapy (Olfloxacin+Tinidazole combination) twice daily after food and plan further treatment depending on the labs.
