Brief Answer:
Pain unlikely due to pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I pill is known to cause withdrawal bleeding within7-10 days of its intake.
Most probably, you are likely to have withdrawal bleeding in next 1-2 days, that is why you are having pain in lower abdomen.
Next possibility is pelvic infection or urinary tract infection due to unprotected intercourse.
I will suggest you to wait for 2-3 days, if bleeding do not occur, then you should get examined and investigated by an OBGYN specialist to take treatment of pelvic infection.
Pain due to pregnancy or conception do not occur so early after unprotected intercourse.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Wishing you good health.
