Brief Answer:
Rule out Inflammatory bowel disease or infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

Abdominal pain and bloody stools associated with food intake require evaluation to rule out underlying inflammatory bowel disease and infection. Infection is a possibility if your symptoms have started more recently and there is associated fever.
Inflammatory bowel disease will have chronic presentation.
Stool analysis, microscopy, Complete blood count analysis, and colonoscopy are indicated at this point.
Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider for further evaluation and management.
