What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain With Chills?

Question: Hi I have had pain in my stomach off and on since Saturday evening after my husband and I went out for a four course meal for our 25th anniversary.. I also have the chills on and off- when I take alkasezier I feel better but still can get pains in my stomach- I have not been sleeping well. I do not have diahreaha but I do strain a little when I have a bowl movemrnt and they are becoming smaller _ I have had two pieces of toast with cocunut oil today and some chicken noodle soup and crackers Ihave pain around the upper part of my belly botton - spread out like th size of my hand around the area-I am starting to feel more bloated today then yesterday
