Question: I've been lying in bed and as I'm lying there my head is racing and I feel as if I go to sleep , I won't wake up. could I be having a panic attack? what can I do about it?

Sudden onset feeling like head is racing could be due to severe anxiety. This might progress to panic but there is nothing serious to get worried.

If you have prescription then you can take low dose Xanax or Alprax for relief. This will help to control your symptoms. If symptoms persist then visit your doctor.
