Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Back pain can be a symptom of a number of conditions.
These include degenerative column disease, herniated disc disease, genitourinary tract infection and diseases.
Exact cause can be found after a careful examination and evaluation of your symptoms and tests, mainly imaging of lumbar column. If you have undergone these tests, I would like to review them.
If you have other information about your concern I'll be happy to evaluate and explain your concern.

Brief Answer:
Disc Herniation can cause your symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
If there is disc herniation, then that is strongly the probable cause of your concern.
It may cause prolonged abnormal posture or standing, back muscles fatigue, weakness of lumbar vertebral column and maybe pain in the legs.
MS is not the case here.
NSAID drugs and physical therapy may help improve your symptoms and could be used as a diagnostic tool ( if you improve) for the nature of your condition.
Wishing you good health.
